Are you an experienced e-commerce professional who thrives in a fast-paced, digitally led environment? Do you enjoy bringing campaigns to life, optimising online customer journeys and ensuring websites are always trading at their best?

We're partnering with a globally recognised premium consumer brand to recruit an Online Coordinator on a 5-month fixed-term contract. Joining a collaborative and high-performing online team, you'll play a key role in delivering major commercial campaigns, supporting online trading activity and helping the business navigate an exciting period of growth and transformation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong D2C or e-commerce experience who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, taking ownership and making an immediate impact.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting the execution of major online campaigns and promotional activity across D2C and retail partner websites.
  • Managing product launches and product set-up, ensuring all content is accurate, engaging and delivered on time.
  • Carrying out regular website audits to maintain a best-in-class online experience.
  • Supporting online trading activity, helping optimise performance during key commercial periods.
  • Working cross-functionally with marketing, brand and digital teams to deliver seamless campaign execution.
  • Assisting with peak trading preparation and contributing to ongoing improvements across the online customer journey.
  • Supporting website updates and platform changes during a period of significant business transformation.

What we're looking for

  • Around 2-3 years' experience within e-commerce, online trading or digital commerce.
  • Strong hands-on experience working with D2C websites.
  • Experience managing website content, product uploads, promotional campaigns and site merchandising.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Someone who enjoys working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Nice to have

  • Experience within beauty, luxury retail, fashion or another premium consumer brand.
  • Exposure to CMS platforms, e-commerce systems and online merchandising tools.
