FairNeuro Diagnostics

FairNeuro Diagnostics is part of The FairGroup. We specialise in providing high-quality neurodiversity assessments, including dyslexia, ADHD, and autism, with a strong focus on accuracy, compassion, and clear communication. Our mission is to make assessments accessible, supportive, and evidence-driven for every client.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Dyslexia Assessor to join our growing diagnostic team. This is an online-only role, allowing you to conduct assessments and deliver feedback entirely remotely. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive dyslexia assessments for both children and adults and producing clear, diagnostic reports that meet current DfE and JCQ guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct full diagnostic assessments for dyslexia (and other SpLDs where qualified) entirely online
  • Administer and interpret standardised tests (e.g. WIAT-III, WRIT, CTOPP, DASH)
  • Write detailed, structured diagnostic reports with recommendations for support, workplace or DSA adjustments
  • Maintain accurate records and follow FairNeuro's clinical governance standards
  • Liaise with the FairNeuro admin team to ensure smooth client communication and timely report delivery

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
