We are a licensed travel agency specializing in holidays, cruises, and group travel. We help clients design memorable travel experiences while providing our team with the training, tools, and support to succeed in the industry.
Role Overview
We are looking for detail-oriented individuals in the United Kingdom who love travel and customer service. As a Remote Travel Advisor, you will assist clients with planning trips, researching destinations, and booking travel packages—all from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, and holiday packages.
- Deliver excellent service by responding to client inquiries promptly.
- Research destinations and recommend options to fit client needs and budgets.
- Maintain accuracy when managing multiple client requests.
- Keep up to date with travel promotions, trends, and supplier offerings.

Qualifications
- Customer service, travel, or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Must be 18+ with a computer and reliable internet access.
- Enthusiasm for travel and helping others.
