Ready to own the digital trading strategy for a leading consumer brand?

We're looking for an experienced Online Trading Manager to take full ownership of a high-performing UK e-commerce platform, driving revenue growth, customer engagement, and digital excellence.

You'll lead trading initiatives, optimise website performance, and work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, sales, and global stakeholders to deliver ambitious commercial targets.

  • βœ… Driving online sales performance and delivering against key KPIs
  • βœ… Managing forecasting, reporting, and P&L performance
  • βœ… Leading PPC, SEO, email, affiliate, and digital marketing activity
  • βœ… Analysing customer behaviour, traffic, conversion, and engagement metrics
  • βœ… Enhancing website experience through personalisation, optimisation, and new features
  • βœ… Delivering seasonal campaigns, promotions, and loyalty programme initiatives
  • βœ… Collaborating with internal and external partners to maximise growth
  • βœ… Leading and developing a high-performing e-commerce team

What we're looking for:

  • βœ” Proven experience in e-commerce, online trading, or digital retail
  • βœ” Strong understanding of website analytics and performance optimisation
  • βœ” Experience across PPC, SEO, CRM/email, and affiliate marketing
  • βœ” Commercially focused with P&L ownership experience
  • βœ” Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capability
  • βœ” Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • βœ” Experience leading teams and driving performance improvement
