Online Trading Manager

Ready to own the digital trading strategy for a leading consumer brand?
We're looking for an experienced Online Trading Manager to take full ownership of a high-performing UK e-commerce platform, driving revenue growth, customer engagement, and digital excellence.
You'll lead trading initiatives, optimise website performance, and work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, sales, and global stakeholders to deliver ambitious commercial targets.

- ✅ Driving online sales performance and delivering against key KPIs
- ✅ Managing forecasting, reporting, and P&L performance
- ✅ Leading PPC, SEO, email, affiliate, and digital marketing activity
- ✅ Analysing customer behaviour, traffic, conversion, and engagement metrics
- ✅ Enhancing website experience through personalisation, optimisation, and new features
- ✅ Delivering seasonal campaigns, promotions, and loyalty programme initiatives
- ✅ Collaborating with internal and external partners to maximise growth
- ✅ Leading and developing a high-performing e-commerce team
What we're looking for:
- ✔ Proven experience in e-commerce, online trading, or digital retail
- ✔ Strong understanding of website analytics and performance optimisation
- ✔ Experience across PPC, SEO, CRM/email, and affiliate marketing
- ✔ Commercially focused with P&L ownership experience
- ✔ Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capability
- ✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- ✔ Experience leading teams and driving performance improvement
