Parkinson Lee Executive Search is partnering with StairBox and Wooden Windows, part of Grafton Group plc, to appoint an Online General Manager.

This is a senior commercial opportunity within a highly successful digital-first manufacturing business. Around 95% of revenue originates through the website, with approximately half of orders completed entirely online without human interaction.

Reporting to the Managing Director and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team, the Online GM will take ownership of online revenue growth across both brands.

The opportunity:

  • Own and deliver the e-commerce growth strategy
  • Lead the full customer journey from acquisition through conversion and retention
  • Oversee circa £1m marketing investment, including significant PPC and Meta spend
  • Lead senior sales and marketing teams
  • Work closely with technology to continually develop the bespoke online platform and configurators
  • Use data, ROI, CAC, conversion and customer insight to drive sustainable growth
  • Develop new routes to market alongside the core digital proposition

Who are we looking for?

We're open to candidates from e-commerce, online, digital, growth, or broader commercial leadership backgrounds.

What matters is significant experience scaling the sale of physical products through a digital platform, ideally within a sizeable e-commerce business.

This is a full time onsite-based role in Stoke-on-Trent.
