You’ll be the driving force behind our digital storefront, orchestrating a seamless online operation, managing fast-paced fulfilment, and ensuring our customers experience the very best of Morrisons.
Reporting into the Store Manager
You will lead, motivate, and develop a flexible team of colleagues to deliver operational excellence across our Home Delivery, Click & Collect, and rapid on-demand delivery channels.
What you'll be doing day-to-day:
- E-Commerce & Immediacy: Oversee the end-to-end online operation, ensuring fast, accurate picking and seamless execution of home delivery and rapid "immediacy" orders.
- Customer First: Champion excellent service, review feedback, and ensure market-leading product availability for online shoppers.
- People Leadership: Manage scheduling, absence, performance, and training; build a flexible team capable of working across the digital department.
- Operational Excellence: Hit fulfilment and delivery targets, manage budgets (including shrinkage and waste), and take on Duty Manager responsibilities for the wider store.

About You
You thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume fresh retail or food service operation and understand how to run a highly profitable, short-life stock environment.
- Proven Leadership: Proven experience managing and motivating a fast-paced team, ideally in an e-commerce, logistics, or retail delivery environment.
- Great Communicator: Confident handling difficult conversations, listening to feedback, and building relationships across store teams and drivers.
- Adaptable & Tech-Savvy: Comfortable leading teams through change and managing digital fulfilment platforms.
- Knowledgeable: Food safety knowledge relevant to a delivery operation is essential.
