Role: Digital Assistant

Location: Fitzrovia, London

Duration: Initial contract until end of September (potential extension to 6 months)

Rate: £140-160 a day

IR35 Status: Inside

Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days in office)

We're partnering with a leading global consumer brand to find an organised and proactive Digital Assistant to join their Online team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around a year's experience, or a strong graduate looking to build a long-term career in eCommerce, digital or online trading within a global beauty/retail business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the Online team with day-to-day administration and coordination
  • Managing spreadsheets, trackers, and product information
  • Coordinating website assets with product and marketing teams
  • Assisting with website updates and online trading activity
  • Creating and maintaining product packs for launches and merchandising activities
  • Supporting project coordination and wider team administration
  • Taking ownership of ad hoc tasks and driving things forward independently

What we're looking for:

  • Around 1 year's experience in eCommerce, digital, marketing, merchandising, retail, or administration
  • Strong Excel and spreadsheet management skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a coordination and administration-focused environment
  • Positive, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn
  • Genuine interest in developing a career within eCommerce and digital
