Company Description
Tech-Recycle is a UK-based company providing safe, professional, and ethical IT and WEEE recycling services to organizations of all sizes. The company specializes in collecting redundant and end-of-life IT and electrical equipment, securely destroying all data in line with internationally recognized standards such as CESG’s HMG Infosec Standard No. 5 and US Army AR380-19 DoD 5220.22 M. Refurbished equipment is redeployed where possible, while non-refurbishable items are responsibly broken down and recycled. Tech-Recycle is committed to ensuring that nothing goes to landfill and that no equipment is exported outside the UK, offering clients an environmentally friendly and compliant disposal option.
Role Description
The Online Marketing Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement for Tech-Recycle’s services. This role involves planning and executing online marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, and optimizing digital touchpoints to promote ethical IT recycling.

Day-to-day tasks include:

- Creating and updating website and social media content
- Monitoring campaign performance
- Analyzing metrics
- Recommending data-driven improvements
The specialist will collaborate with sales and operations teams to align messaging, support online promotions, and ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms. The role also includes staying current with digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously enhance Tech-Recycle’s online presence.
Qualifications
- Skills in Online Marketing and Digital Marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis.
- Skills in Marketing and Social Media Marketing, with experience managing social platforms and creating engaging content.
- Skills in Sales-related online activities, such as lead generation, nurturing, and collaborating with sales teams on digital initiatives.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and basic SEO/SEM principles is beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are required.
- Prior experience in B2B services, sustainability, or IT-related sectors, and a relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing or a related field are advantageous.
