Online Merchandiser (Manager)

Reports into the Head of Ecommerce.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
Onsite Merchandising:
- Optimise category pages, collections, and product listings to improve visibility and conversion
- Ensure products are correctly positioned across the site (bestsellers, seasonal ranges, key campaigns)
- Improve navigation, filters, sorting, and onsite search performance
- Support strategies to increase AOV through cross-sells, upsells, and bundling opportunities
- Use data and insights to test, learn, and improve onsite content and customer journeys.

Product Launches:
- Own the end-to-end merchandising process for new product launches online
- Ensure product pages are fully optimised with correct content, imagery, pricing, and attributes
- Coordinate launch timelines with marketing, product, and operations teams
- Support launch campaigns by ensuring products are featured in the right places at the right time.
Pricing & Promotions:
- Manage and maintain accurate product pricing across the website
- Support promotional planning and execution to maximise sales performance
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to identify opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure pricing aligns with commercial targets and margin goals.

The successful candidate must have:
- Ideally 5+ years' experience ideally within an ecommerce/B2C environment.
- Ideally experience using Business Dynamics ERP system and any forecasting demand tools is an advantage.
- Advanced Excel skills, creating formulas to manage data is essential.
- Proven analytical skills to interpret sales forecasts, stock data, lead times, stock volumes, trends, etc.
