We’re hiring an Online Merchandising Executive Ecommerce to support the delivery of marketing and commercial initiatives across email, online, and digital marketing channels, ensuring we align with trading priorities and business objectives. This role offers hybrid working including 3 days per week in our Stockport town centre office.
Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
- Support with SEO initiatives to improve website visibility, organic traffic, and onsite content performance.
- Find ways to enhance the UX customer journey through engaging digital experiences and maximize commercial performance.
- Create performance reports with actionable insights to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for testing and optimisation.
- Coordinating onsite merchandising activity across digital channels, ensuring products, categories, promotions, and campaigns are effectively presented to customers.
- Developing onsite content and ecommerce product rankings, landing pages, collections, banners, carousels, and promotional campaigns to support commercial objectives.
- Supporting the delivery of the marketing calendar by implementing seasonal campaigns, promotions, discount codes, and content updates aligned to business priorities.
- Monitoring and analysing website, campaign, and merchandising performance, producing regular reports for senior leadership and identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement, conversion, and commercial results.

A Few Things About You
Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. To be considered, you'll need to have an unrestricted and ongoing right to work in the UK, both now and in the future.
We’re looking for experience in an ecommerce, online merchandising, or trading role.
- You’ll bring reporting skills, using performance data and insights to inform decisions, optimise activity, and improve results.
- Experience in testing and optimisation methods and knowledge in Google Analytics would be an advantage.
- We’re looking for great attention to detail, a commercial mindset, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
