About Us

We burst onto the scene as the OGs of female-first activewear back in 1998. And since then, we’ve been on a global mission to empower women through fitness and beyond. By uniting a global community of women – our sisterhood – together we encourage one another to embrace our bodies and everything we can do with them.

Our sisterhood treats every day like it’s made for moving, and we’re always pushing to do better too. Like using responsibly sourced materials, launching our first-ever FemTech collection – designed to keep you moving through menstruation, maternity and menopause – and supporting girls from all backgrounds to get into sport through our Sweaty Betty Foundation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join us as an Online Operations Coordinator as we continue our mission to empower women through fitness and beyond. You in?

Our Values

  • WE REALLY CARE
  • FIRST, BEST, BRAVEST
  • OUR STRENGTH IS IN EACH OTHER
  • STAND UP, SPEAK UP, SHOUT OUT

The Role

As Sweaty Betty continues its global expansion, we are looking for a highly organised and customer experience focused Digital Operations Coordinator to join our growing ecommerce team. As we continue to elevate our Ecommerce offering internationally, you will be pivotal in pushing boundaries to ensure we provide relevant and impactful product content for each of our international markets with your decisions driven from data led insights. You excel in a fast-paced environment and are a team player.

Your SB Journey

  • Successful and timely seasonal product launches on sweatybetty.com, managing the product critical path and lifecycle.
  • Coordinating and collaborating with Buying, Planning and Copy to ensure product data and description enrichment are accurate and consistent.
  • Partnering with the shoot producer and retoucher to manage the constant flow of product content to our website and ensure all assets reflect the key features and USPs of products, while identifying opportunities to improve our shot packages based on user insight.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders in Brand, Ecommerce and Studio to launch trading and campaign initiatives onsite, maximising use of our product data to ensure a flawless online experience for our customers.
  • Analyse user journeys, specifically involving PDPs and optimising product data and content based on shopping behaviours, voice of consumer and returns insights to improve end-to-end CX using Contentsquare, GA4 and PowerBI.
  • Benchmarking against competitors and bringing new ideas to improve the CX of the PDP to enhance our product data in PIM, and working with the CRO manager to plan out the PDP A/B testing roadmap.
  • Acting as a product expert to other teams and developing product knowledge with regular store visits and product walk throughs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
