About The INKEY List

At The INKEY List, we believe skincare should be simple. We make science easier to understand, so everyone can make informed choices about their skin.

Since launching in 2018, we've challenged the industry by putting education, honesty and efficacy first. We listen to our community, create products backed by science and never overcomplicate what should be simple.

We Give A Care. About our customers, our community and the people who make The INKEY List what it is. We know our best work happens when people feel supported, trusted and able to be themselves.

About the role

As our Online Operations & FinOps Administrator, you'll play a key role in keeping our Amazon and TikTok Shop channels running smoothly behind the scenes.

You'll work across Online, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and Creative, making sure our marketplace operations are organised, accurate and well controlled. From supporting product launches and maintaining operational data to managing chargebacks and improving processes, you'll help ensure our teams have the right information to make fast, confident decisions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, thrives on solving problems and wants to build their expertise in marketplace operations and eCommerce finance within a fast-growing global brand.

Every role at The INKEY List contributes to making skincare simpler, more accessible and more effective. This one is no different.

What you'll be doing

  • Support the day-to-day operations of our Amazon and TikTok Shop marketplaces, ensuring everything runs accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate operational activities across launches, listings, stock availability, pricing and platform readiness.
  • Manage operational trackers, documentation and reporting, ensuring teams have clear visibility of priorities and progress.
  • Own the administration of marketplace chargebacks and deductions, working with Finance to investigate, challenge and resolve issues.
  • Reconcile marketplace reports with internal systems, identifying discrepancies and helping maintain accurate financial records.
  • Monitor platform notifications, operational risks and compliance issues, escalating where appropriate.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to keep projects moving and remove operational blockers.
  • Help improve the way we work by documenting processes, identifying efficiencies and introducing smarter ways of managing operational tasks.
  • Use data, reporting and AI tools, including ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot, to improve accuracy, reporting and day-to-day efficiency.
  • Take ownership of your work while continually looking for opportunities to simplify processes and improve outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
