Company Description
Komandr Coaching is a start-up online fitness coaching platform designed for people whose jobs make consistency difficult, including shift workers, tradespeople, nurses, and hospitality staff. Instead of generic, one-size-fits-all plans, Komandr focuses on clients with rotating schedules, long hours, and physically demanding roles, building training around their real lives.
Every client is matched with a fully qualified, Level 3+ certified coach who creates personalized programs and may provide async coaching, video calls, live group sessions, nutrition guidance, and access to a supportive community. Komandr manages the marketing, sales, pricing, and coaching infrastructure behind each coaching relationship, while a vetted network of coaches focuses on delivering high-quality coaching. Coaches also have opportunities to increase their earnings through add-ons and, in future, group sessions built on the platform.
We're not another faceless PT directory. We're building this properly, from the ground up, and we're looking for coaches who want to build it with us, not just work for us.
About the Role
This isn't a "find your own clients and hope for the best" role. We handle the marketing, the leads, and the sales, you focus entirely on coaching. You'll design and deliver individualized training programs for clients whose work patterns make traditional fitness routines difficult, assessing their goals, constraints, and schedules, then building plans that actually fit their life.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
