If you are a self-motivated, passionate safeguarding professional who loves translating digital risks into effective safeguarding practice, we want to hear from you.

LGfL - Why Work with Us?

LGfL (The National Grid for Learning) is an education innovator and a recognised national centre of excellence for safeguarding. We don’t just talk about digital safety; we power it.

  • Massive Scale: Our safeguarding technology keeps 1.5 million children safe in schools by filtering one billion webpages every day.
  • National Influence: We work directly at a national policy level, creating resources alongside the DfE and shaping national statutory guidance.
  • True Innovation: We are pioneers in "SafetyTech," equipping schools with cutting-edge tools to tackle digital risks.

The Opportunity

This is a uniquely varied role designed for someone who thrives on diversity in their work. You will work nationally across a broad range of educational settings, including primary, secondary, SEND schools, and Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
