About the Role
The Online Samples & Operations Assistant will play a key role in ensuring products are launch ready and available for customers to shop online at the right time.
The successful candidate will coordinate the end to end management of product samples required for ecommerce photography and product launches, ensuring samples are received, tracked and available in line with critical deadlines. Working closely with buying, merchandising, suppliers, shoot teams, photography studios and wider ecommerce teams, they will help ensure the smooth delivery of products launching online.

You will be responsible for
- Manage the tracking and movement of product samples for ecommerce photography, ensuring samples are received in line with critical path deadlines.
- Maintain accurate sample trackers, providing regular updates on sample readiness and escalating risks that could impact photography schedules or product launches.
- Coordinate sample deliveries to and from photography studios, resolving any issues that arise and supporting on site sample management where required.
- Support the successful delivery of key events, trends and seasonal campaigns through effective sample tracking and coordination.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely sample availability, proactively managing risks and supporting delivery against photography and launch critical paths.
- Support the successful launch of F&F products online, assisting with launch readiness, product enrichment and wider operational tasks where required.
- Work closely with buying, merchandising, marketing, studio and supplier teams.
- Assist with website checks to ensure a high standard of product presentation online.
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks across the Online Operations team.

You will need
- Strong interest in clothing products, fashion trends and delivering a great online customer experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, activities and deadlines within a fast paced environment.
- Excellent organisational, planning and prioritisation skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications to manage data and track progress.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and suppliers.
- Comfortable working with data, systems and online product information to support product launches and operational activity.
- Ability to identify issues, manage risks and coordinate actions through to resolution.
- Strong written communication skills and a proactive, solution focused approach.
- Experience within ecommerce, marketing, buying, merchandising or product coordination would be advantageous.
- Experience of sample management, product lifecycle processes or critical path management would be beneficial.
