About the Role

We’re looking for an Ecommerce Trading Coordinator to join our Ecommerce team and support the commercial performance of our website through onsite trading, reporting, merchandising and campaign delivery. This role will play a key part in optimising the online customer journey, using customer insight, data and commercial understanding to help maximise sales opportunities.

What you'll do

  • Support the day-to-day trading of the website, ensuring the customer journey is optimised and commercial opportunities are maximised.
  • Execute the ecommerce trading calendar in partnership with the Assistant Online Trading Manager and Online Trading Lead.
  • Make data-led recommendations across homepage merchandising, categories, campaigns, navigation and promotional areas.
  • Analyse product performance, customer behaviour and trading trends to identify opportunities and drive action.
  • Monitor and report on key ecommerce KPIs, including Revenue, Conversion Rate, AOV, Sessions, Search Performance and Product Performance.
  • Produce weekly trading reports and share performance insights with Ecommerce and wider business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the delivery of campaigns and promotions, ensuring all activity launches accurately and on time.
  • Work closely with Creative, CRM, Marketing, Buying and Merchandising teams to deliver trading priorities.
  • Manage campaign trackers, briefs and Jira tickets, proactively communicating progress, risks and deadlines.
  • Optimise onsite merchandising across desktop and mobile, improving product visibility, search performance and conversion.
  • Review and update website content through the CMS, ensuring a seamless and commercially effective customer experience.
  • Build strong relationships across the business and contribute ideas that improve trading performance, processes and the online customer journey.
