Online Trading Manager
London | Hybrid
Join a well-established retail brand with a strong store estate, excellent brand awareness, and healthy organic online traffic. We're looking for a commercially driven Online Trading Manager to lead our ecommerce trading function and a small high-performing team, driving profitable online growth.
You'll own the day-to-day trading of the website, focusing on conversion, margin, average order value, sell-through, and customer experience. Using data, insight, and customer behaviour, you'll continuously optimize the online journey to maximise commercial performance.

What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in Online Trading, Ecommerce Trading, or Digital Merchandising within a retail environment.
- Strong track record of improving conversion, AOV, sell-through, and profitability.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, GA4, and Contentsquare.
- Strong understanding of onsite merchandising, customer journey optimisation, and trading analytics.
- Commercially minded, highly analytical, and comfortable turning insight into action.
- Previous experience leading and developing a team.
