Job Description The Details Support the Senior Market Manager in delivering Germany’s trading performance: tracking, analysing and responding to market performance, customer behaviour and competitor activity. Use insight & analytics on key KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion, etc) to inform decision-making and trading actions. Collaborate cross-functionally (digital trading, planning, pricing, marketing, insights, finance) to optimise trading performance and customer experience. Provide insight and analytics on a region’s (or multiple markets) sales performance: daily, weekly, monthly reporting, ad-hoc deep dives. Lead forecasting: feed into regional/market sales forecasts. Analyse under-/over-performing markets, KPIs and look for root causes and opportunities. Support execution of marketing campaigns (onsite and offsite), promotions and bespoke market codes. Maintain competitor and market intelligence: monitor local market propositions and trading rhythms, track innovation in e-commerce/retail/fulfilment and their implications for trade. Support Senior Market Manager and Head of Markets in creating and executing mid-long term market strategies. Support in P&L management across gross and profit lines & propositions. Qualifications About You Experience in retail, e-commerce, marketing analytics or trade management roles is essential. Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills are a baseline. SQL and Power BI (or comparable BI tools) are advantageous. Ability to interpret data, extract insight, influence stakeholders, and translate into trading actions. Good commercial awareness of fashion retail / online business models / regional market nuance. European experience (particularly in the German/ Northern European markets) is preferred but not essential Fluency in another European language (German preferred) is advantageous.
