Job Overview

As an Online Training Advisor, you will help our Partner Training team deliver engaging and accessible learning experiences for Arm partners around the world.

You will coordinate Design Reviews, support partner enquiries, organise training schedules and help keep learning content up to date in our Learning Management System (LMS). Working with colleagues and partners across different teams and time zones, you will help make sure training activities are well organised and easy to access.

This role is a great opportunity to build your knowledge of Arm, develop your skills and contribute to learning experiences that support our global partner community.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Design Reviews and training activities with partners and colleagues across Arm.
  • Organise schedules and sessions for participants working across different time zones.
  • Respond to partner questions and help them access the information and training they need.
  • Support the coordination and maintenance of learning content in our LMS.
  • Keep schedules, training materials and supporting documentation accurate and up to date.
  • Gather feedback and share reports following Design Reviews and training activities.
  • Work with colleagues in Partner Training, sales and engineering to support partner learning.
  • Follow agreed processes and look for opportunities to improve the partner training experience.

Required Skills And Experience

  • Experience organising activities, schedules or services in training, operations, customer service or a related environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and a helpful, customer-focused approach.
  • Good attention to detail when working with schedules, content or data.
  • Comfortable organising your own workload and adapting when priorities change.
  • Confidence learning new systems and using tools such as Microsoft Office.
  • An interest in working with technical teams and learning unfamiliar terminology.
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to a supportive team environment.

You do not need to have worked in the semiconductor industry or technical training before. We are interested in transferable skills and your willingness to learn.

  • Technical training or learning environments.
  • Business and collaboration tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Asana.
  • AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT.
  • Video editing tools such as Camtasia.
  • Arm technologies or other technical learning environments.
