Lifestyle Lean is growing fast—and we’re looking for driven, experienced Transformation Coaches to help our clients achieve life-changing results.

As a Transformation Coach, you’ll work directly with clients inside our programme to deliver world-class coaching, accountability, and results.
This isn’t just check-ins and plans—we’re building a 5-star client experience that keeps clients engaged, progressing, and referring others.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coaching clients through fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle transformation
- Delivering high-level accountability and support via app + community
- Running onboarding (Mission Ready), 30-day & 90-day reviews
- Adjusting training/nutrition plans based on progress
- Supporting clients through challenges (“unstuck” calls)
- Driving engagement in the community (wins, motivation, support)
- Encouraging referrals and client retention
- Working closely with the Head of Success and team

What Success Looks Like
- Clients achieving life-changing results
- Delivering a 5-star coaching experience
- Maintaining low churn (target <7%)
- Generating referrals (target ~3 per month)
- Building long-term client relationships (1–2+ years)
Compensation
- Pay-per-client model
- Coaches typically earn £3,000–£5,000/month
- Opportunity to earn more by:
- Building your client base
- Maintaining low churn (<7%)
- Keeping clients longer

Requirements
- 1–2+ years coaching experience (online preferred)
- Strong knowledge of training, nutrition, and client transformation
- Excellent communication and people skills
- High energy, accountability, and professionalism
- Proactive, team-player mindset
- Passion for delivering real client results
