About Mihad’s Tutors
Mihad’s Tutors is an expanding online tutoring company committed to helping students build confidence, strengthen their subject knowledge and achieve their academic potential.
We are looking for dedicated, knowledgeable and reliable tutors to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for university students, gap-year students, graduates and qualified or trainee teachers who are passionate about education.
All tutoring sessions are delivered fully online, offering flexibility around your existing studies, work or other commitments. We welcome applications from both male and female tutors.
Subjects Available
We are particularly interested in recruiting tutors for the following subjects and levels:
- GCSE: English, Mathematics and Science.
- A-Level: English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
- 11+ Entrance Exam Preparation
- Primary SATs Preparation
Tutors with expertise in additional subjects are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, structured and effective online tutoring sessions tailored to each student's needs.
- Explain concepts clearly and adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities.
- Help students improve their subject knowledge, confidence, exam technique and academic performance.
- Set appropriate practice questions and homework to reinforce learning.
- Monitor student progress and identify areas requiring further development.
- Communicate professionally with students, parents and the Mihad’s Tutors team.
- Arrive punctually and maintain a reliable, professional approach to every session.
- Provide feedback on student progress when required.

Requirements
- Strong academic achievement: Minimum Grade 7 / A / A* in the relevant subject you wish to teach.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred.
- A UK-based applicant or a strong UK education background.
- Excellent subject knowledge and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills.
- A reliable internet connection and suitable equipment for online teaching.
- A professional, patient and responsible attitude.
- A genuine interest in helping students succeed.
University students, gap-year students, graduates, trainee teachers and qualified teachers are all welcome to apply, provided they meet the relevant subject requirements.
