About StudyAce Academy

StudyAce Academy is an online tuition platform focused on providing high-quality, personalised learning support for GCSE and A-Level students.
Rather than simply assigning tutors, we take the time to understand each student’s academic needs, goals and learning style before carefully matching them with a suitable tutor.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for talented UK-based tutors who are passionate about helping students build confidence, improve academically and achieve their potential.

Subjects We Are Recruiting For

We welcome applications across GCSE and A-Level subjects, particularly:

  • Geography

Tutors specialising in other subjects are also encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a StudyAce tutor, you will:

  • Deliver engaging 1-to-1 and/or small-group online lessons
  • Adapt lessons to each student’s individual ability and learning needs
  • Support students with GCSE and A-Level curriculum content
  • Help students prepare for examinations and assessments
  • Identify areas where students require additional support
  • Provide constructive feedback and track student progress
  • Build student confidence and encourage independent learning
  • Communicate professionally with the StudyAce Academy team
  • Maintain high standards of reliability, safeguarding and professionalism

Who We’re Looking For

We would love to hear from:

  • Experienced private tutors
  • Qualified teachers
  • Teaching assistants with strong subject knowledge
  • University graduates
  • Postgraduate students
  • High-achieving university students with tutoring experience

You should have:

  • Strong knowledge of the subject(s) you wish to teach
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A patient, supportive and engaging teaching style
  • Good organisation and reliability
  • Confidence teaching students online
  • A stable internet connection and suitable teaching environment
  • A genuine passion for helping young people succeed

Knowledge of AQA, Edexcel and/or OCR specifications is highly desirable.

Tutor Levels

StudyAce works with tutors at different stages of their teaching careers, including:

  • Junior Tutors – Graduate, university-level or early-career tutors developing their teaching experience.
  • Experienced Tutors – Tutors with an established track record of successfully supporting students.
  • Senior Tutors – Highly experienced tutors and qualified teachers with extensive subject and examination knowledge.
