About the Role

Will & White is looking for enthusiastic and reliable online tutors (hourly basis) to join our tutoring team.

We are looking for tutors who can teach one or more of the following:

  • Secondary School: Maths / English / Science
  • GCSE: Maths / English / Science
  • A Level: Maths / Science

You do not need to teach all subjects or all levels. You can apply based on your individual subject knowledge and teaching experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and structured 1-to-1 online lessons.
  • Adapt teaching methods to suit each student’s ability and learning needs.
  • Help students improve their knowledge, confidence and academic performance.
  • Prepare students for school assessments, GCSEs and/or A Levels, depending on your area of expertise.
  • Provide homework, practice questions and revision support where appropriate.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain a professional and supportive online learning environment.

Requirements

  • Strong subject knowledge in your chosen subject(s) and level(s).
  • Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable environment for online teaching.
  • Comfortable delivering lessons through online platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.
  • Passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.
