Job description
North Wales Tutoring is growing, and we’re looking for more tutors to join our team.
We support learners across Wales through one-to-one tutoring and are currently recruiting tutors across a wide range of subjects and levels.
We are particularly interested in tutors with experience of the Curriculum for Wales and WJEC qualifications, as well as Welsh-speaking tutors.
We welcome applications from experienced tutors, qualified teachers, retired or redundant teachers, teaching assistants, graduates and newer tutors with strong subject knowledge.

Who we’re looking for:
- Tutors across a range of subjects and levels
- Welsh and English-speaking tutors
- Strong WJEC experience or academic knowledge
- A relevant degree, strong A-Level and GCSE results, or relevant professional experience
- Patient and confident communicators who enjoy supporting young people
- Tutors who are reliable, professional and able to work independently
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS check with Children’s Barred List, or willingness to obtain one
- Currently living in the UK and have the right to work in the UK
- Strong subject knowledge and communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and ability to tutor online
