Job Description
Onshore Facilities Manager
Swire Renewable Energy is looking for an experienced Onshore Facilities Manager to support the Onshore Wind Project in the UK. We are seeking a proactive and well-organized professional to oversee onshore facilities, coordinate daily operations and ensure safe and efficient project support.
About The Project And Role
Project: Onshore Wind Project, UK
Location: United Kingdom - UK-based candidates only
Start date: ASAP
Contract type: to be discussed
Working schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day (40 hours per week)
Role: Management and coordination of onshore facilities, maintenance activities and operational support for the offshore wind project.
What you'll be doing:
- Oversee the daily operation, maintenance and operational readiness of onshore facilities.
- Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections and repairs.
- Supervise contractors, suppliers and external service providers.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company procedures and project-specific requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections, identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with onshore teams, logistics and project management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections and facility performance.
- Support resource planning, procurement and facility-related cost control.
- Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day onshore facility matters.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities management, site management or operational coordination.
- Experience managing contractors, maintenance schedules and facility-related services.
- Valid GWO Basic Safety Training (BST) certification, including all required modules.
- Working knowledge of UK health and safety requirements.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Based in the UK with the legal right to work in the UK.
