As an Integrated Solutions Onshore Service Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of complex projects involving multiple Baker Hughes product lines, third-party contractors, and client interfaces. You will own overall project delivery—ensuring safety, quality, financial performance, and customer satisfaction—while driving continuous improvement, innovation, and ethical leadership across the project lifecycle.
Essential Responsibilities
- Leading all elements of project scope, including Baker Hughes products and services, contracted parties, and client interfaces across multiple wellsites or rigs
- Owning overall customer deliverables, including Integrated Solutions compliance, financial KPIs, service delivery outcomes, and HSE performance
- Managing on-time project delivery while driving performance improvement, incremental revenue, and upsell or pull-through opportunities
- Aligning cross-product-line strategies to meet Integrated Solutions project deliverables and contractual obligations
- Developing and managing operational schedules, proactively addressing leading, lagging, unforeseen, and predicted events
- Applying Integrated Solutions Management System processes, project management methodologies, and mandated digital or software solutions in daily execution
- Leading HSE performance through visible leadership, Stop Work Authority, speaking-up culture, audits, reviews, and compliance with Baker Hughes and customer HSE requirements
- Driving effective project governance through communication plans, execution plans, risk management, contingency planning, emergency response readiness, and management of change

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have extensive knowledge of stimulation vessel operations covering at least one of proppant fracture, acidization, or scale remediation
- Have proven experience managing complex, multi-product oilfield or energy projects under integrated or lump-sum contracting models
- Have strong knowledge of project management practices, scheduling, risk management, and performance improvement methodologies
- Have demonstrated HSE leadership experience, including audits, incident reviews, emergency response planning, and contractor management
- Have the ability to lead cross-functional teams within a matrix organization and engage effectively with customers, partners, and senior leadership
- Have experience driving digital enablement or remote operations within project environments
- Have strong commercial and financial acumen, including cost, time, and KPI reporting
