We’re looking for an organised Onsite Admin Support professional to join DWF in our London office. This is a fully office-based role, working 5 days per week onsite, offering the opportunity to support teams across our legal business and play an important part in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll provide practical administrative support across our Practice Groups and Practice Areas, handling a varied workload that includes scanning, printing, photocopying, binding and archiving documents.
  • You’ll also be responsible for locating documents both physically and electronically, dealing carefully with original documentation and supporting information transfers where required.
  • You’ll manage outgoing post, including courier, special and recorded deliveries, and respond to a range of administrative requests from colleagues.
  • You’ll work closely with internal teams using Microsoft Teams and liaise with Workplace Support and Reprographics to ensure requests are handled efficiently and accurately.

What will help you succeed in this role?

Essential

  • Considerable administration and organisational skills, with good attention to detail.
  • Basic to intermediate IT and keyboard skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across the business.
  • A positive, collaborative approach and proven ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable handling documents and completing a varied range of administrative duties.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in an administrative, office support or similar role.
  • Experience working in a professional services or legal environment.
  • Familiarity with document management or database systems.
  • Experience handling post, couriers and original or confidential documents.
  • Experience working alongside facilities, workplace or reprographics teams.
