Tech Trek Events is looking for an experienced On-Site Event Manager to join us for:

🎯 NexGen Banking Summit – 3rd Edition, UK
📅 21–22 October 2026
📍 DoubleTree by Hilton, Tower of London

This is a 2-day event-based assignment — ideal for an experienced event professional who knows how to take ownership and keep a live event running seamlessly.

🎤 WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Managing overall on-site event operations
  • Coordinating with the venue, AV, production and vendors
  • Overseeing setup, branding, registration and sponsor booths
  • Managing speakers, VIPs, sponsors and delegates
  • Keeping sessions running smoothly and on schedule
  • Leading on-ground staff and vendor teams
  • Handling last-minute requirements and live-event challenges

🔎 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years of event management/operations experience
  • Experience with conferences, summits or corporate/B2B events
  • Strong vendor, sponsor and speaker coordination skills
  • Highly organised, proactive and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable in fast-paced live event environments
  • London/UK-based candidates preferred
