About The Role
This part-time Onsite Consultant role in Normanton supports warehouse recruitment across local sites. Reporting to the Senior Contract Manager, the successful candidate places adverts, monitors applications, and responds to enquiries. Duties include screening, processing, and onboarding applicants for induction and training, alongside completing right-to-work checks. The consultant also tracks colleague performance, maintains accuracy throughout the recruitment cycle, and manages internal platforms such as CRM, the Online Candidate Portal, and Unity. Reporting on sickness and attendance forms part of the position. Hours are flexible, Monday to Friday, with pay of £13.50 per hour. Strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and prior recruitment experience are essential.

We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our growing team in Normanton, Wakefield.
Reports to: Senior Contract Manager
This role is Monday to Friday
Hours are flexible - ideally part-time hours
Key Responsibilities
- Place adverts and monitor applications for warehouse candidates across the sites
- Answering recruitment enquiries
- Screening, processing, and onboarding candidates for induction & training
- Complete necessary right-to-work checks for all candidates
- Monitor and manage performance of warehouse colleagues
- Ensure accuracy at all times associated with the start-to-end recruitment process
- Management of all internal systems i.e., CRM, Online Candidate Portal, and Unity
- Manage reporting on worker information with regards to sickness & attendance, etc.
- Engage with colleagues daily to boost colleague performance

Key Behavioural Skills
- To possess a good level of communication skill, both oral and written.
- To work effectively as part of a team but also confident working alone.
- Great organisation skills and the ability to prioritise where needed.
- Focus and dedication to an excellent quality of service at all times.
- PC literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- To meet and exceed all tasks and functions without management reminder.
- Previous recruitment experience is needed
