Role Description
We are looking for enthusiastic, professional, and reliable Event Assistants to support the delivery of our flagship event in London.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with senior professionals, and contributing to the successful delivery of high-profile business events.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome delegates, speakers, sponsors, and VIP guests.
- Manage attendee registrations and check-in.
- Distribute name badges and event materials.
- Provide assistance and answer attendee enquiries throughout the event.
- Assist the Event Director and team in coordinating pre-arranged one-to-one meetings between sponsors and delegates.
- Guide attendees and sponsors to their scheduled meetings and help ensure the meeting schedule runs smoothly.
- Assist with event set-up, including preparing the registration desk, organising name badges, setting up pull-up banners and event materials.
- Support the event wrap-up and pack-down after the forum concludes.
- Provide general event support throughout the day, including assisting speakers, guiding attendees during networking breaks and lunch, and supporting the smooth running of conference sessions.

The Financial Innovation Forum is a premier executive event bringing together approximately 200–250 senior finance professionals for a full day of thought leadership, networking, and business development.
The forum explores the latest developments in payments, regulatory technology, AI, financial crime prevention, and financial services through keynote presentations, panel discussions, and executive networking.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, customer service, or a related field is an advantage, but not essential.
