We're looking to recruit an Onsite Executive to join our Angard Staffing department and support our Aviation Service Delivery Team!
The Aviation Service Delivery Team
The Aviation Service Delivery Team work across the full staffing journey, from the start of a candidate’s recruitment process through to engaging with clients and candidates, managing staffing requirements and ensuring seamless workforce deployment.
The Role
This role is a full-time role (40 hours per week), working Tuesday-Saturday 15:00-23:00, for the first two weeks in December the hours will be 17:00-01:00 and after those two weeks will return to the 15:00 start.
This is a fixed term contract until December 2026.

As an Onsite Executive, you’ll be managing the deployment and engagement of Angard workers at Heathrow Worldwide Distribution Centre, working directly with clients, site managers, and candidates. You’ll be supporting in booking and supervising training and inductions.
You'll be:
- Managing our bespoke booking system, JoinedUp
- Handling face-to-face, phone calls and emails from candidates and managers
- Managing shift patterns and rotas as per site requirements
- Maintaining positive working relationships with key stakeholders across the client group
- Managing induction and training booking, and supervising training sessions
- Ensuring all candidates are issued with ID badges.

It's also essential that you:
- Are computer literate and confident utilising MS office systems
- Are confident communicating via telephone and email
- Are a team player who is flexible to support colleagues as required
