About the Role – Onsite Planning Executive

We’re hiring an Onsite Planning Executive to join our Service Delivery Team in Stoke, supporting one of our key clients, Royal Mail, through Angard Staffing.

This is a fixed-term contract from 28th September until December 2026 covering temporary/flexible workforce management across UK sites—including managing recruitment for year-round operations and seasonal demand.

Key Responsibilities

Managing Angard’s flexible workforce on-site:

  • Handling workforce deployment and query resolution
  • Coordinating rostering to ensure operational efficiency
  • Liaising with stakeholders—from workers to managerial teams—to maintain smooth-running services

Consistency & transformation in action

  • Delivering high standards by acting as the primary on-site contact for Reed’s delivery teams, logistics, and personnel
  • Working evening/shift hours within standard shifts:
    • 5:30 am–2:30 pm |
    • 1:30 pm–10:30 pm |
    • 9:30 pm–6:30 am (Monday–Friday, 5 days/week)

Core Requirements

Essentials: ✔ Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or on-site client-facing environments ✔ Proven ability to handle complex queries independently, balance tasks under pressure ✔ Key relationship management skills—multicultural teams, BS/IT administrators, shift leaders ✔ Strong computer literacy with ability to rapidly learn workflow platforms or software

Transferable or relevant experience in:

  • Political lobby-assisted self-starters (e.g., Engagement Coordinators in HRD/Logop]))
  • Experience supervising/monitoring shift patterns
  • Temporary staffing/on-premise engagements
