Reed Talent Solutions is hiring an Onsite Planning Executive based in Stoke to join our Service Delivery team. Support one of our key clients (Royal Mail) through Angard Staffing, a trusted partner specialising in flexible and temporary workforce solutions.

About the Role
A Reed Onsite Executive serves as the on-site representative for both Reed and Angard Staffing at Royal Mail operational sites. In this critical role, you’ll manage the transient labour force, address worker and client inquiries, and maintain strong relationships with on-site stakeholders.
This position operates with varied shift patterns to cover multiple logistical demands:
- Early shifts: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Mid shifts: 1:30 PM – 8:30 PM
- Late shifts: 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM
- Weekends: 2 days per week (Saturdays & Sundays)
Key Responsibilities
Within this high-quality service-oriented environment, your duties will include:
- On-site workforce management, ensuring Angard staff are effectively deployed and supported.
- Handling client and worker queries, swiftly resolving issues to maintain operational continuity.
- Collaborating closely with our centralised delivery and deployment teams.
- Proactively identifying deployment gaps and assisting with solutions.
- Building and sustaining positive relationships with on-site managers, stakeholders, and workforce leads.
- Working in concert with a tight-knit team to uphold Reed’s standards of service excellence.

Essential Requirements
We’re seeking dynamic, resilient candidates with experience in onsite warehousing, logistics, or distribution operations. Prior transferable experience will be considered. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Hands-on familiarity with the working environment (Logistics/Warehousing/Distribution preferred).
- Proven ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders to deliver support and assurance.
- Team player mentality – experience in a diverse, multi-functional team.
- Technically adaptable – strong computer literacy with the capacity to master and apply new systems and software.
