Onsite IT Support - Global Law Firm / City of London
My client has a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to progress their career in technology within a fast-paced supportive environment.
You will have a minimum of one year’s IT support experience, having been gained offering users direct support within a legal or professional services environment.
Please note that this role is ideal for someone early in their career looking for their next move.
Role Overview
Joining a team of 18 professionals you would proactively look after the needs of approximately 1000 local users and guests, offering a hotel-style, white-glove support service.
- Upskilling, progression, and mentoring are offered, and they are renowned for the career opportunities they offer.
- The focus is to offer a seamless support service to all their staff and guests, regardless of status.
- This involves working swiftly and effectively to resolve or escalate any technology issues.
- It is key that users are confident that a team member has taken ownership to resolve any issues – even if they then in turn work with others for a full resolution.

Responsibilities
- Part of a team offering support across hardware, software, applications, and systems.
- Troubleshooting issues.
- Activities such as setting up, configuring, and installing software on PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and networking equipment.
Requirements
- A minimum of one year in a similar front-facing support role, ideally having been gained in a professional services environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs (Office 365).
- Confidence to troubleshoot common issues.
- Experience in supporting both hardware and software.
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently.

Working Hours
- Due to the nature of the role, there is a requirement to be onsite each day, Monday to Friday (usual business hours).
