About the Role
DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking an Onsite Project Moderator with idiomatic fluency in Arabic to join our team for our new data collection project starting in late August - September 2026 in London. As our Onsite Moderator, you will be working out of our London office, assisting and guiding participants in a new study involving an AI virtual assistant and ensuring the proper execution of study requirements.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative project to improve Artificial Intelligence technology.
Role Summary
The Onsite Project Moderator will guide participants along the recording process, and provide updates to members of the production team. They will also handle basic troubleshooting of data collection technology as needed. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills who are diligent, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Role Responsibilities
- Understand project provided documentation to assist participants
- Interact with participant and lead them through data collection projects
- Acknowledge and resolve participants’ issues, escalate unsolved issues
- Capture data for the assigned project aiming to reach the targeted daily goal
- Using Client tools to collect and track data
- Convey session details to the Project Manager and Production team
- Communicate and coordinate with the project team
- Interact with various hardware & software
Role Requirements
- Available to work on-site in London, UK
- Idiomatic fluency in one of the following Arabic varieties: Arabic (Iraq), Arabic (Syria), Arabic (Jordan), or Arabic (Egypt)
- Available to work 8h/day for the duration of the project
- Strong technical skills, especially with iOS and MacOS
- Excellent oral communication skills (ability to lead a conversation with ease on different topics)
- Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving
- Able to work flexibly and adapt to changing scenarios
