Onsite Recruitment Coordinator / Consultant
We are looking for a proactive and organised Onsite Recruitment Coordinator / Consultant to join our team based in Petersfield. This is an office-based role supporting a busy operation, ensuring workers are managed effectively and recruitment processes run smoothly.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administration, recruitment, customer service, or coordination experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships with people.
This is a long-term opportunity for the right person. We are ideally looking for someone who is interested in building a career within recruitment and is keen to develop their skills and progress within the industry.
You will support a workforce operating across various shifts, ensuring effective communication and workforce planning throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting and coordinating the workforce across various shifts
- Booking candidate assessments and interviews
- Meeting and greeting candidates and workers on site
- Conducting shift handovers and daily workforce catch-ups
- Workforce planning and shift coordination
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Processing payroll information and timesheets
- Using spreadsheets and recruitment systems to manage staffing requirements
- Liaising with site management and workers to ensure operational needs are met
- Providing general administrative support
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with workers and site management

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment, administration, coordination, customer service, or a similar role
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Comfortable working with multiple systems and databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- An interest in developing a long-term career in recruitment
