As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, our customers are at the heart of our business.

We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as an Onsite Representative.

As an Onsite Representative, you will be responsible for managing line-side inventory and replenishment activities, ensuring critical materials are available where and when they are needed.

Acting as the primary point of contact between Incora and the customer, you will play a key role in delivering contractual service commitments, maintaining operational performance, and supporting the efficient running of customer operations.

  • Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day supply and inventory-related issues.
  • Work closely with internal Incora teams to resolve supply issues and minimise disruption.
  • Produce and distribute operational performance reports and metrics.
  • Analyse inventory and operational data to identify supply chain risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with customer and Incora health, safety, and operational procedures.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
