About The Role
Due to our continued growth, we are looking to recruit an Onsite Stock Coordinator working with our Hose Division covering Hull and North Lincolnshire. As our Onsite Stock Coordinator, you will drive a commercial van to visit customer sites to ensure our Arco onsite vending solutions are fully stocked at all times. The role is a full-time position, 40 hours a week working 08:00am to 17:00pm Monday to Friday.
As the Onsite Stock Coordinator role will involve driving, it is essential that applicants have a full UK Driving Licence, are able to work autonomously and are comfortable driving a commercial van.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage the on-site Arco store, ensuring stock is available and accurately controlled.
- Issue PPE to site colleagues in line with customer standards and requirements.
- Process customer orders and stock movements using SAP.
- Monitor and replenish vending machines and PPE locations to maintain product availability.
- Produce accurate monthly stock and billing reports.
- Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and site stakeholders, providing excellent service and resolving any issues quickly.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and grow revenue through the on-site store and vending solutions.
- Work closely with internal sales and operations teams to maximise contract performance and recover lost sales opportunities.
- Maintaining professional housekeeping standards of all inventory and locations within a customer site and work in the Warehouse as required in times of absence/holidays of colleagues.
- Complying with vehicle servicing requirements and maintain the appearance of their company vehicle.
- Completing weekly control forms to be returned to the central team for logging.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
