Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong Technical Delivery and System Integration experience, preferably within Telecom OSS and Network domains.
  • Proven Project Management experience using tools such as MS Project (MPP), Pega, Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.
  • Experience delivering large-scale technology transformation projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams.
  • Proven experience managing risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and mitigation plans.
  • Experience managing network change control and release management activities.
  • Experience working with Cyber Security teams, architects and control functions to ensure delivery compliance and security assurance.
  • Experience managing project financials, budget forecasts, actuals tracking and cost governance.
  • Strong vendor and supplier management capability.
  • Ability to work effectively in complex and ambiguous delivery environments.
  • Telecom experience highly preferred.
  • Strong Telecom and OSS domain expertise is a key differentiator.
  • PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.
