Simplee Drinks is the brand that took aloe vera from health-store curiosity to mainstream grocery staple. We're the UK's leading aloe vera drinks brand, on shelf in Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Co-op, Asda and Morrisons — and we're just getting started.
We're on a mission to make aloe vera the next big category in soft drinks. Grocery was step one. Out-of-home is next. That's where you come in.
The role
You'll open and grow OOH accounts across convenience, foodservice and forecourts — finding the buyers, pitching the brand, closing listings and managing the accounts you win. We want a self-starter who can run this channel as their own business: setting the plan, managing their own pipeline and growing the accounts under their own oversight, with the founders behind them rather than over their shoulder.

What you'll do
- Win new listings across convenience groups, foodservice operators and forecourt retailers
- Own your channel plan and pipeline end to end
- Manage and grow your accounts: pricing, promotions, forecasting
- Represent Simplee Drinks at trade events and buyer meetings
- Work directly with the founders to shape our OOH strategy

What we're looking for
- Drinks or FMCG sales experience a must, ideally with OOH, convenience or wholesale contacts
- A self-starter who can open doors and close deals without a big team behind them
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, founder-led business
