Opiate Team Leader

We're looking for an Opiate Team Leader to lead and develop a committed team in Croydon. Someone who can bring energy, compassion and direction. Someone who can support colleagues to do their best work while helping people achieve meaningful and lasting change in their lives.

The Details
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week*
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Additional Outer London Weighting: applies to this role - pro rata based on contracted hours.
*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and any associated payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead a team of talented practitioners who support people affected by opiate dependency.
- Coach, challenge and support your team, helping them feel confident in their roles and focused on delivering safe, high-quality support.
- Play a key role in creating a culture where both colleagues and the people we support feel valued, respected and able to succeed.

- Believes in people.

- Experience working within substance use, health, social care, mental health or related services.
- Experience supervising, coaching or leading others.
- A good understanding of safeguarding and risk management.
- Confidence managing performance and supporting service improvement.

- A genuine commitment to helping people improve their wellbeing, achieve their goals and realise their potential.

Salary Range (pro rata if part time)
- CGL points 31 to 33 (£36,101.10 - £38,114.53)
- ILW / OLW / Fringe: Outer London Weighting (£2,250.61)
