Important Information

• Seasonal Stock Operations Assistants must be fully flexible to work full-time hours, with contracts available at either 37.5 or 40 hours per week, across 5 days out of 7, including weekends.
• Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends depending on the role and business requirements.
• Start dates will take place from the beginning of September, with most seasonal contracts ending at the beginning of January.
• There may be opportunities for high-performing colleagues to be considered for permanent roles following the festive season.
• Due to the nature of our peak trading period, we are unable to accommodate extended periods of holiday during the seasonal contract.

What You'll Do

• Replenish and organise stock efficiently to ensure products are available when and where they're needed.
• Support the movement, handling, and storage of goods safely and accurately.
• Receive deliveries and maintain stockroom and warehouse standards.
• Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Help maintain the exceptional presentation and availability standards that define the Fortnum & Mason experience.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times.

What We're Looking For

• A positive, reliable, and hardworking approach.
• Previous experience in retail replenishment, stock management, warehousing, logistics, or a similar environment is desirable but not essential.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive team player with a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility and willingness to support business needs during our peak Christmas period.
• Ability to undertake manual handling activities appropriate to the role.
