Due to a change in circumstances, we're looking for a Front of House Openings Trainer (22-Month FTC) to join the team at a really exciting time, with a busy CapEx programme ahead and some fantastic pub transformations on the horizon!

It's a unique opportunity to combine hospitality, training, coaching, travel, and people development while supporting pubs through some of their biggest moments.

- ๐ Delivering engaging, high-quality training across a variety of pub roles going through CapEx
- ๐ Leading on-site practical training, classroom sessions & virtual workshops
- ๐ Regular travel across the UK with overnight stays
- ๐ค Collaborating with a large, high performing, supportive team

- ๐ Coaching experience and genuine passion for developing others
- ๐ฌ Confidence presenting and facilitating training across a wide range of topics
- ๐ค Strong people skills and positive, solutions focussed mindset
- ๐ ๏ธ Excellent Problem-solving abilities
- ๐ A full driving licence & access to your own vehicle
