Location: Cadogan Clinic, Sloane Street, Chelsea, London
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week)
Salary: Up to £41,000 DOE + £30/hr overtime
Shifts: Variable shifts on a rota basis including on calls
The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated ODP/ anaesthetic nurse to join our high-performing theatre team, working across three state-of-the-art theatres at one of the UK’s leading cosmetic surgery clinics. No two days are the same — you’ll be supporting a wide range of procedures including (but not limited to) rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, facelift, labiaplasty, blepharoplasty, liposuction and fat transfer.
Working closely with our world-class consultants, you’ll play a key role across anaesthetics, surgery and recovery. Whether you’re looking to broaden your experience or deepen your expertise in a particular area, you’ll find support, mentorship, and room to grow here.
This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of the team, with outstanding organisational skills.
What You’ll Bring
Essential
- HCPC-registered Operating Department Practitioner or NMC-registered Nurse (Anaesthetic qualified)
- Recent clinical experience in anaesthetics
- Passion for delivering excellent patient care
- Strong communication and teamworking skills
- Commitment to clinical best practice, integrity, and continuous improvement
- Fitness to practise and a collaborative mindset

Desirable
- Experience in day-case surgery using TIVA
- Previous exposure to cosmetic or plastic surgery (scrub or anaesthetics)
- Willingness to cross specialise in Recovery and Scrub
