We're supporting a market-leading retail media business on the search for an experienced Operating Model Transformation Lead to lead a critical organisation-wide transformation programme.

We're looking for a senior, hands-on transformation leader who has personally delivered complex operating model change across commercial, product, technology and operational functions. Someone who can work confidently with senior executives while rolling up their sleeves to drive implementation, unlock delivery performance and embed lasting behavioural change.

The Opportunity

Reporting into the senior leadership team, you'll be responsible for defining and implementing a new end-to-end operating model that closes the gap between business ambition and delivery capacity.

You'll play a pivotal role in aligning leadership teams, improving decision-making, establishing governance and creating a transparent view of demand, capacity and priorities across the organisation.

Success will be measured not by recommendations, but by tangible business outcomes, improved delivery performance and a self-sustaining operating model that continues long after the engagement ends.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
