Our client is expanding its platform portfolio across data center and digital infrastructure investments, and is hiring an Operating Partner to help lead that growth.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role spanning the full asset lifecycle, from site selection and development through to operations, M&A, and eventual exit. You will work across both existing portfolio companies and incoming opportunities, bringing technical and financial rigor to every stage.
What you will do:
- Support early-stage development decisions from a technical and commercial standpoint
- Partner with portfolio company leadership teams to drive operational improvement and execution
- Assess incoming opportunities and lead diligence across technical, financial, and operational dimensions
- Lead or support M&A activity, from origination through integration
- Shape exit strategy and support asset sale processes to maximize value
- Identify and implement best practices across the growing platform portfolio
- Work closely with the investment team to align operational strategy with capital deployment

What we are looking for:
- Senior operating experience in data center sector
- A genuine blend of technical depth and financial fluency
- Direct experience across the asset lifecycle, ideally including both buy-side and sell-side transactions
- A track record of driving performance in PE-backed or growth-stage platforms
- Comfort moving between strategic input and operational detail
- Strong stakeholder management across management teams, investors, and boards
