Operation and Business Manager - Regional Op Courage, Berkshire Traumatic Stress Service and Birth in Mind
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Operation and Business manager with extensive experience of leading complex operational services with clarity, compassion, and strategic vision to join our team.
We are looking for a resilient and forward-thinking leader who can:

- Deliver robust performance across access, quality, workforce, and financial metrics
- Champion transformation and innovation in response to evolving patient and system needs
- Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders internally and externally including commissioners and subcontractors
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future working in close partnership with stakeholders to drive innovation and deliver outstanding patient-centred care.
You will play a key role in shaping long-term service development, improvement and innovation, ensuring alignment with national policy and patient demand.
The Post Holder Will
- Deliver effective operational management of the Op Courage, Berkshire Traumatic Stress Service and Birth in Mind service, including the production of programme strategy and plans and relevant documents to ensure strong management and assurance arrangements
- Cover all aspects of work associated with developing and running the service providing leadership for key priorities including the development of good governance, a clear work programme to ensure change / transformation and widespread stakeholder management.
- Oversee the three service budgets, ensuring that regular reporting and monitoring takes place and actions are identified to minimise financial risk.
- Ensure effective operational leadership in delivery of the service meeting KPIs and effective workforce planning.
