About the Role
As an Ops Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office (we call it a Swamp). We’re looking for someone with exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating a positive work environment.
You will report to the Director of Operations.

- Manage the day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
- Support UK office and UK remote employees from different aspects: onboarding, deliveries, support
- Oversee the budget and purchase order processes, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Provide support for events and collaborate with the Employee Experience team to create engaging activities for employees. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the overall employee experience, implementing initiatives that promote employee well-being and productivity.
- Foster effective communication with employees, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relations.
- Supervise and support the tasks of the Operations team, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of assignments.
- Monitor the ticket system queue, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and excellent customer support.
- Demonstrate keen attention to detail in all aspects of work, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive work environment, actively listening to employees and incorporating their feedback.

Requirements
To be an Ops Coordinator in JFrog you need...
- Proven 2-year experience in Ops Coordinator or a related role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees and vendors.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools, including G-Suite, other Google tools, and ticketing systems.
