Role Description
The Operation Excellence role is a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role is responsible for driving operational standards across restaurants, ensuring consistent delivery of LEON’s service, quality, and cleanliness expectations.

Day-to-day tasks include:
- Analyzing performance data
- Identifying areas for improvement
- Implementing standardized processes to increase efficiency and guest satisfaction
The role collaborates closely with restaurant managers and cross-functional teams to support training, monitor compliance, and roll out operational initiatives and projects. The position also involves supporting new openings, sharing best practices, and helping teams adapt to growth while maintaining LEON’s brand values and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting performance metrics, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decisions.
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with restaurant teams, present recommendations, and support change management.
- Sales and customer-focused skills to understand revenue drivers and support initiatives that enhance guest experience and sales performance.
- Operations Management skills to improve processes, ensure consistency across sites, and maintain high standards of service and quality.
- Project Management skills to plan, execute, and evaluate operational improvement projects across multiple locations.

Additional beneficial experience and skills:
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or restaurant operations is beneficial, particularly in multi-site environments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort with using digital tools and reporting systems to track performance and support decision-making.
- Relevant education in business, operations, hospitality management, or a related field is advantageous.
