About ProMaterial
ProMaterial is an AI-driven advanced manufacturing company developing intelligent inspection and manufacturing technologies for high-performance materials used in electric vehicles, renewable energy, robotics and industrial manufacturing.
The role
We are looking for a part-time Operation Manager to work closely with the founder across the following areas:
- PR and Communications: Developing company content, communicating key milestones, supporting external visibility and identifying relevant media, award and speaking opportunities.
- Programme and Project Coordination: Coordinating grant-funded and international projects, tracking milestones and deliverables, supporting reporting, and ensuring agreed actions are followed through.
- Other Operational Work.

About you
- Organised, thoughtful and detail-oriented, with strong written communication and research skills.
- Comfortable managing several workstreams independently and taking ownership of agreed outcomes.
- Experience in communications, marketing, research, programme delivery or project coordination would be valuable.
- A background in AI or manufacturing is preferred, together with an interest in technology, innovation and entrepreneurship.
